This material is an addendum and an original meditation I based on an unpublished GD Ms.

Given the special approach of self-initiation I would tell my younger self to do this once a week. And ensure that once a week I was doing all the rituals of the grade, even a tarot spread and see how long it took.

PS: Below is the GD/SM Ms which inspired my creation of a "Meditation on the Qabalistic Cross". The manuscript (Ms) below is significant as it is the only one I have ever seen from the original Order(s) -- Golden Dawn, Stella Matutina -- that treat the Q.C. as its own ritual.
